Cancellation Policy for Our Best Communication:

Dear Student/Participant,

We genuinely appreciate your interest in joining Lana Kuraeva Offline Academy’s Class. We understand that life’s plans can sometimes take unexpected turns. Our cancellation policy is designed with your needs in mind, aiming to balance flexibility and fairness.

Cancellation Notice:

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the workshop, please provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our arrangements and accommodate other eager participants.

Transfer Option:

Life is full of surprises, and we want you to have the flexibility you deserve. If you can’t be present at class, you can pass your workshop slot to a friend or reschedule a future session. We believe in the power of sharing and second chances.

Refund Consideration:

Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and each situation is unique. If you find yourself in a challenging situation, please get in touch with us directly. We’ll do our best to find a solution for both parties.
